Holly Cantwell, MA, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor, she received her Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She works with children as young as three years old as well as teens that are struggling to connect and communicate within their families and social circles. Her areas of focus are depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and family relationship issues. Her experience includes Crisis Intervention/Stabilization (suicidal/homicidal thoughts and ideas), working with victims of trauma and domestic violence, Bereavement & Grief Counseling, and Play Therapy. Holly believes that everyone is an individual and their therapeutic experience is unique. In doing so, she adjusts her therapy to each individual's needs using a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. Christian Counseling is also available upon request. She also offers training's on the Biology of Depression, How to Control and Relieve Anxiety and Verbal De-escalation for groups or businesses and performs psychological and chemical dependency assessments.
